The following Portland Homes for Sale were on my Radar this morning 1/27/2011 as I began my daily search for my Clients. Throughout the day my clients will preview Portland Metro homes that meet thier criteria using my MY IDX WEB SITE where there favorite listings are emailed to them daily.

Early each morning I pull the Portland area listings that I think might be of interest to my clients using the same web site. After Printing them out I take off to to do the preview. Later in the day as the phone calls begin to arive from my clients who have previewed those homes online.We talk about those that I have already seen or I write down the address’s of properties that I haven’t seen or those that they may want to see.

As you can see I work with a variety of clients both in price and in wants or needs of area or types of property and style.

The following properties are from today’s drive by list. Data Sourced from my IDX Solution and the following Portland Real Estate Neighborhood Pages : Rose City Park , Buckman, Creston, Sullivans Gulch, Overlook.

Rose City Park 1743 NE 61st $449,900.

Buckman 708 SE 15th $489,000.

I have been working with an out of state Buyer looking for a Condo in Downtown Portland. Bob and Sue have been planning the move to Portland for some time now.

In fact it was almost 2 years ago when they Signed up on my IDX site www.househuntportland.com to recieve daily email listings. Back then the web site was strictly a sign up sheet where the Buyer could request their search criteria by neighborhood and by price range. With a little back end tweeking I could further define that search using other criteria.

There was not much more to it than that. The Buyer would then recieve their daily emails and be able to look at all the homes that met their criteria. Fast forward to the present day. My sites are no longer strictly sign up and recieve emails. They have gone global on the internet. These new sites are updated constantly and allows the consumer to search in real time for homes, read blogs and search for more Portland Oregon area information on the site as more information is added.

One of the problems associated with the old sites was that there was not much interaction. Bob and Sue being from out of State were constantly asking me to send them more information about the area ” What’s Close By” was a very common question.

Well that problem has been solved. Check out the search here below and see what I am talking about. I recently did this search for Condo’s listed below $300,000 in Downtown Portland. The search results offered more than 100 properties for sale. Below please find a selected few of these fine Portland Condo’s in the Downtown core.

Click on any of the listings. After the listing loads up you will see in the center of the information a highlighted link with a number following [ Walk Score ]. Click on the Number to see what is near by. Be sure while viewing the list of Amenities listed in the Left Hand Margin to click on the down arrow to reveal more of the same.

Bob and Sue are now very happy campers as they are able to get the infomation they want very quick ly and I am happy as well as it saves me a ton of time and provides my Clients with the best of service.
